overall nice stay, the room was super clean n modern! having netflix was a bonus on the big tv lol. staff were really friendly n it was quiet even tho there's a club downstairs. loved the comfy bed n the decor was on point! def recommend this place for a couple’s getaway!

During my stay, I loved how close it was to Town Gardens, which is less than a 10-minute walk away, and also found it really convenient to explore the charming streets of The Parade, all while enjoying the free parking provided at the hotel. however, I do think they could improve the breakfast hours since I felt a bit rushed during my meal.

The staff members were friendly and attentive, making my time there enjoyable. there was a significant amount of noise from the nightclub below, especially late at night. I could hear the bass pumping from the party, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom amenities were decent, but the shower design lets water spill everywhere, creating a slippery situation. finding the parking was a bit tricky without proper signs, leading to some initial frustration.

Had a great time with friends! The late-night music was a blast, and WiFi kept us connected. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the comfy rooms. Remember, it might get noisy, especially on weekends, but it adds to the fun!
