The hotel is well-located in a vibrant area with many nearby restaurants, and the breakfast offered is excellent. the noise from the bar makes it difficult to sleep, especially on weekends, and the shower temperature fluctuated too much during my stay. Not ideal for light sleepers but great for those who enjoy nightlife.

The location near a nightclub created unexpected noise disturbances throughout the night, lead to some interruptions in sleep. While the entry through the nightclub for late check-ins may add a bit of character, it can be uncomfortable for those not keen on bustling nightlife. the rigidity around breakfast hours on weekends felt limiting, especially for early risers wanting to start their day sooner.

Clean and comfortable stay, with excellent food quality—especially enjoyed the steak and sea bass special. The location is convenient, adding to the overall experience. parking could be tricky, and the room showed signs of wear, but it didn’t detract from a restful night. Staff were notably friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our time here.

great central spot near parks and historic attractions
During my stay, I loved how close it was to Town Gardens, which is less than a 10-minute walk away, and also found it really convenient to explore the charming streets of The Parade, all while enjoying the free parking provided at the hotel. however, I do think they could improve the breakfast hours since I felt a bit rushed during my meal.

missingWrote a review on Apr 19clean roomfriendly staffgood foodnoisy environmentparking difficultywet bathroom
I stayed at The Kings Arms for one night and had a mixed experience. The room, named 'Superior Double Room', was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious and offered a good variety. The staff members were friendly and attentive, making my time there enjoyable. there was a significant amount of noise from the nightclub below, especially late at night. I could hear the bass pumping from the party, which made it hard to sleep. The bathroom amenities were decent, but the shower design lets water spill everywhere, creating a slippery situation. finding the parking was a bit tricky without proper signs, leading to some initial frustration.

Had a great time with friends! The late-night music was a blast, and WiFi kept us connected. We enjoyed the lively atmosphere and the comfy rooms. Remember, it might get noisy, especially on weekends, but it adds to the fun!
We did have a bit of trouble finding the car park, but a quick ask inside sorted it out.
